Multi-Level Marketing. Is a model where a company market his product by means of distributors that earn commissions based upon the volume of product sold. Sometimes this Business model is used in fraudolent Pyramid schemes. While in a legit MLM business commissions are earned only on sales of the company's products or services, in fraudolent MLM business money can be earned (in the form of fees on sigup) mainly or only from recruiting others, and partecipant are often required to buy more product than they are likely to sell.

Paid To Click sites (or simply PTC) are sites where members are paid to click on ads and visit websites, while the advertiser pays for displaying ads on the PTC website. a PTC Member has to click a link and view a website for some seconds (it depends on PTC) to earn money. Part of the Publisher's money should go to the member as reward for having visited the ads. Unfortunately the PTC business model give room to fraudolent behaviours both from user cheating and creating multiple accounts and from Admins who use unsustainable Ponzi Scheme as a model for their PTC.
